Meet Dr. Aidanne
During my childhood, I visited a lot of nursing homes with my mom for work and had very close relationships with my grandparents. Those experiences allowed me to see how polypharmacy and chronic disease can impact individuals and their families. Witnessing these health struggles at a young age sparked my interest in medicine and becoming a doctor. It wasn’t until I was in undergraduate school that I became aware of naturopathic medicine and found that the fundamental principles of this practice resonated with what I aimed to achieve as a doctor.

As a naturopathic doctor, my philosophy is to educate and empower my patients to achieve sustainable, optimal health and wellness that suits their individual needs. Where I work to get to the root cause of my patient’s concerns I also promote healthy lifestyle fundamentals to prevent disease down the road. I commonly use botanical medicines, nutritional supplements, counseling, naturopathic physical medicine, and hydrotherapy as I’ve found these treatments to be most effective.
I engage all of my patients in discussions on how to harness food as medicine, and believe that substantial healing comes from how we choose to fuel our bodies.
I partner with those of all ages and am especially passionate about the care of seniors. I treat many different concerns including pain, insomnia, healthy aging, women’s health, men’s health, and chronic disease including but not limited to digestive, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, pulmonary, endocrine, and autoimmune conditions.
