Dr. Aidanne offers 10-minute complimentary discovery calls to share information on how naturopathic medicine may benefit you. This call also ensures that a naturopathic approach and Dr. Aidanne are the right fit for your needs. This call is requested prior to scheduling an initial consultation. No health advice will be given during this call.

Initial Consultation
Initial consultations are a time to gather information regarding your current health concerns, take a thorough health history, perform relevant physical exams, discuss any necessary lab testing, and develop an initial wellness plan. A complimentary introductory call is requested prior to booking an initial consult to ensure that you and Dr. Aidanne will be a good fit. This visit may be conducted virtually or in person and lasts up to 90 minutes.

Follow-up Consultation
The first follow-up appointment is typically scheduled 4-6 weeks after your first office visit and lasts 60 minutes. Subsequent visits are offered from 30-60 minutes. The goal of a follow-up consultation is to discuss the results of any new lab work that has been ordered, and review how your wellness plan is progressing. If necessary, changes may be made to the treatment plan based on your lab results and experience with the wellness plan so far.
