About the event
In this small group class, you’ll learn how diabetes and prediabetes develop, what common tests such as A1c and fasting glucose are checking for, and how symptoms can show up in daily life. We’ll connect the dots between what’s on your plate and what’s on your lab report. We'll then dive into simple plate‑building, snack ideas, and drink choices that support steadier blood sugar throughout the day. This class is designed to be practical and judgment‑free, with plenty of time for discussion and questions.
